Tel Aviv University: Undergraduate Semester / Year in Israel

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned about the world in general. Going abroad helped me learn so much about different cultures and different people. Going to Israel was amazing. I met such great people and learned a lot about the Middle Eastern Cultures. I felt like I was immersed in the Israeli culture. I liked my program because it was sort of a mix between an exchange program and a regular study abroad program. I liked how we all lived in the same vicinity as well. Studying abroad in Israel was extremlet special, it was an amazing experience that opened my eyes to so many things. I was able to do so many things such as go to the beach, hike, or camp out. Israel offers a wide variety of places you can visit as well, for such a small country I didn't feel like I did not have many places to see.
