What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained a great deal of independence. This made me a stronger person and it gave be a better view of the world. I am more tolerant and worldly now.

Athena did a fabulous job of planning and including field trips into our program so we could get our feet wet with travel. It gave me courage to do my own travel later.
