China Study Abroad Reflections: Comprehensive Reviews of Past Programs

I was able to put something on my resume and as a result I have had ton of companies contacting me for full time positions, so with that said it was a homerun

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Only did an internship

* Host Country Program Administration

There was plenty of support for me. Both on a professional and personal level. China is a country I had never been to before and the EiAbroad team really helped me to feel comfortable while interning

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The houses were small in comparison to American standards but much nicer then many of my other friends.

* Food:

Food was not provided

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

The cultural in China is very different so it was nice to have someone there who understood both American and Chinese culture

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

Safety was not a concern of mine at all

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)
