How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I would have preferred more time in homesteads, but given how much we moved around and saw, it makes sense that this was not possible

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Since we were not taking classes at local universities or interacting with local students, it sometimes felt as if we were observers more than anything else, but homestays and local language classes help with this

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

We stayed in so many places, I can't really say I remember how safe they all were, but we always received comprehensive advice upon arrival to each country to ensure our safety

This program allowed me to grow so much as a person. It also let me broaden my perspectives academically. It exposed me to so many people and places that I never would have been able to see otherwise

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

In SF and Vietnam, our stipends were more than enough to cover the costs of food not provided at group meals or at homestays. This was less true in Morocco and Peru, but those countries are still quite cheap compared to the US
