Overall Experience
YES! It provided me with a nice break from Wellesley. I will be returning rejuvenated in the fall. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
I learned a lot about myself while being abroad, through living with a host family, making new friends, and traveling. But I do not think that it necessarily impacted my future academic interests or plans. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
YES! I became more independent, more confident, more outgoing, able to have more fun... I am leading a less-stressful life now, thanks to my entire attitude change. Everything was put in perspective. I am now going to double-major in Spanish and Political Science, and my dream is to live in Spain. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Yes - I learned so much about Spain and the Spanish language and culture while I was there, and I was happy about my semester there. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
My Spanish improved significantly, I learned a lot about Spanish culture, I learned to be more independent, I didn't travel to many other countries but I had a blast travelling within Spain. It has made me even more fascinated with what I am learning and what I have learned within my Spanish major. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Better spoken and written Spanish. Easier travel around Europe. Unlike in the US, I never stressed out about schoolwork, so I learned to balance work and play. - Wellesley College View Entire Review

I think my study abroad experience was worthwhile. I think I could have worked harder on my Spanish, but I did gain a different perspective on life/culture in the United States and abroad. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
It was absolutely worthwhile, I'm very glad to have traded a year at wellesley for a year abroad. I learned that there is a whole big world outside my college life, and I gained a lot of confidence by living abroad and solving my own problems. I also got to travel through europe and northern africa a bunch. I think I have a bett... - Wellesley College View Entire Review

I absolutely feel that my study abroad experience was worthwhile. I loved my host family, the city and the people that I met while I was abroad. I gained fluency, an understanding of colloquial phrases and accents, knowledge of a city with an amazing amount of history, and contacts in a country which I will definitely be visitin... - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Absolutely. I had the most fun year I've ever experienced while in Cordoba, while also greatly improving my Spanish, meeting some amazing Spanish/American/French/English/Belgian friends, learning a ton about Spanish and Cordobesian culture, and getting a chance to exercise a more out-going, daring side of myself rather than the ... - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Absolutely incredible - Wellesley College View Entire Review
I learned a great amount about the Spanish and European culture. I loved living there for 4 months, but I definitely now have a bigger appreciation for the US and its culture/lifestyle in terms of work ethic and motivation. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Definitely. Tnere were a lot of hurdles along the way, but I learned a lot about myself, the world, and others which made my time there worth while. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Past Review Preshco For Fall
I would definitely say my study-abroad experience was worthwhile. I learned a lot about another culture and way of life. I made friends (both foreign and American) and got to see many things I never would have otherwise. I also gained a deeper appreciation for my ability to communicate in my native language and for my own cultur... - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Without a doubt. I loved it and would cheerfully go back to Spain on the first opportunity. - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Living in a foreign country has made me more self-sufficient and more outgoing. I think by making me realize that my time in a certain place was limited, it forced me to do things that I would've had reservations about doing. Additionally, it was my first time in that continent and I feel that from that experience, I see it as... - Wellesley College View Entire Review

Yes, I loved going abroad. I am happy that I only studied with PRESHCO for one semester because it is such a small program (Cordoba is a small city). - Wellesley College View Entire Review
Past Review
Yes it was extremely worthwhile. The main reason that I came here was to learn the language. I have decided to stay here throughout the summer to make sure that I can return to Wellesley being able to fluently speak Spanish. That was the most important thing for me and I have had a ton of help with that since I have been here.... - Wellesley College View Entire Review
