How much international exposure did you have prior to this program? 0-2 weeks

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The work load was at a fair level. I mean you did have to work, but you also had enough time to travel and experiance your suroundings. Spring time is the perfect season to go to Spain.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

The program was great. The staf/administration was amazing, well organized, and very helpful. THe only weekness I saw was the course availability and the limited number of options.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I really liked my host perants. They were great, nice, and very warm welcoming. They taugh me so much about their culture and customes. I liked them.

* Food:

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

It was really safe to walk home alone after hours, even though I would not recommend testing it, also everyone is generally nice. Some locals are mean or appear to be, while some are the others are not just appear to be from their inverted attitudes. Once you get to know them they are ALL really nice.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Make sure you buget the following: school(books, supplies, transportatio to school), living expensis(personal items, shampoo, shaving cream, etc...), fun (clubs, beer, etc.) and travel(busses, air travel, trains, hotels, hostels, etc.).

Language

* Did your program have a foreign language component? Yes
Language acquisition improvement?

I practiced with my friends, host parents, and in the class room setting. I also used it in the city to get around. However, I was in an all english speaking program and unfortunatly spoke more english than spanish, but if you make the effort to make spanish firends you will learn so much.

* Did you study abroad through an exchange program or did you directly enroll in the foreign university? Direct Enrollment
