What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Absolutely! I gained so much knowledge on not only South Korea, but working for a boss when we don't speak the same language, and navigating the subway to get everywhere.

It was a great program and we could call our onsite director whenever we needed anything!

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I lived in the old dorm not the new one (CJ) mine was a bit beat up, but I knew ahead of time what I was getting into. CJ was beautiful though.

I cooked my own food... that is really hard in Asia!

* Safety:

Seoul despite its size and population is a very safe city. I never had to worry about my safety.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? girls shouldn't bear their shoulders! Its not socially acceptable. Students who haven't left the U.S. but have interest in Asian culture. Students who love temples!
