What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
This was a great program to be a part of as my first experience in a Spanish speaking country. The program length (~5 weeks) was a good amount of time to understand what's it like to be living abroad and to begin to understand cultural paradigms and learn how to deal with culture shock. It helped prepare me for my 2 semester trip to Spain I took 2 years later.
