* Food:

Food was not included in my program but the food in Ireland was wonderful! Not too expensive either.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I did not have an experience with healthcare. However, other girls in my program did and they seemed very satisfied.

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I was so nervous to go and leave my family and friends for a month while experiencing a new country alone. However, the friends you make and the on site staff make you feel like you were at home. I made so many memories that I will never forget!

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Food was not included in my program so I had to by groceries weekly plus the cost to go out to eat. There were also excursions that cost extra. I spent a little over $1000 of my own money while I was there.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? $200
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I applied for a scholarship which helped a lot! Also if you figure out how much money you are taking to spend you can split that up into how many weeks you will be there and then limit yourself to only spending that much each week.
