What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It has actually propelled me in to the the same field of work. I am going abroad again in September and can't wait.

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Workload was light and allowed for me to experience the city without worrying to much about homework and tests.

Great experience and really nice host staff

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

* Food:

Our host dad wasn't the best cook but he made sure we had three meals a day everyday

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I would have liked a few more opportunities to meet with other students from Barcelona and interact with them

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

The program made it safe but most of all i feel it is up to the student to make it the safest environment possible by taking precautions

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I spoke with my host family and store vendors. I also got to practice in class and used it in my everyday interactions.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? DO IT! Be outgoing and don't be afraid to try new things and meet new people. I promise it will be the best experience ever!
