Hardest Spanish program I have ever been through, but it was so worth it! I had classmates from all over the world all as eager to learn the language as I was. The professors were strict and helpful.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Language

* Did your program have a foreign language component? Yes
If applicable, to what degree did your living situation aid your language acquisition?

Language acquisition improvement?

It was a little difficult to connect with locals, so I was excited when I met an English professor at the university who was willing to put my email address up on the chalkboard should any of his students want a language exchange partner. It worked! and now I have a great friendship.
