Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

At Forum-Nexus, I experienced the most fun while learning out of all my years as a student. The workload was very fair. We had some group projects, a midterm and final exam in addition to "International IQ" exams which tested our knowledge of geography and was extremely beneficial! The professor I had used many of the same teaching techniques as the professors I've had here in the states. He issued hand-outs, used an overhead projector, outlined key notes, etc. The best part of this entire learning process was that we established amazing relationships with our classmates and studied as a family. Everybody participated in preparing notes , study guides, flash cards, etc. We really worked as a team which was something I really enjoyed.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

The program literally has a 24/7 support service. There are on-site interns that are full of information and make it nearly impossible to get lost, miss trains, oversleep for class, etc. The director is always available for discussions as well as the professors. The program has about 60 students and the classes are just the right size for a successful learning environment. My expectations were exceeded by this program and I would recommend it to all college students.

Individual Course Reviews

Course Name/Rating:

International Marketing

Course Department: BUS 374
Instructor: Peter Resch
Instruction Language: English
Comments: International Marketing was in fact a challenging course due its wide range of criteria. All of our trips were directly linked with things discussed in the classroom. The professor was extremely knowledgeable and prepared. I participated just as much as I do at my home institution.
Credit Transfer Issues: No issues transferring credits. The director, Hugo Hervitz sent out all transcripts very quickly directly to my college.
