A student studying abroad with EPA Internships in Europe: Madrid - Universidad Antonio de Nebrija
I learned to never settle into a routine, and explore my surroundings to get the best out of any situation I'm in. - University of Rochester View Entire Review
I gained the experience of working in a foreign company and also taking business and communications classes in Spanish. I learned a lot about myself and more about the type of lifestyle I would like to live. The experience was definitely worthwhile. I have been getting a lot more job interviews thanks to my abroad experience. - Drexel University View Entire Review

About

Work in an exciting and challenging internship in the field of your choice that helps you gain self confidence, new skills, valuable work experience and an outstanding resume. Study academic courses taught at local universities that broaden your perspective and nurture your personal growth. Explore new ways of thinking and living that deepen your knowledge and understanding of different cultures as well as political, international, and economic issues.

Madrid internships require a high degree of proficiency in the Spanish language, both spoken and written. At least 4 semesters of college Spanish is required - or the equivalent. American university students whose native language is Spanish are encouraged to apply, and must supply evidence of being able to write effectively in Spanish if they have not taken any Spanish coursework in college. Students also take two academic courses at Nebrija University in addition to their internships.
