Earn 4 credits from NC State for this unique opportunity to explore and experience Namibia, while studying and gaining valuable knowledge about African wildlife, savanna- and desert ecology, park management, conservation, human-wildlife conflicts, ecotourism and practice ecological sampling techniques. Experience a wildlife sanctuary hands-on, discover the breathtaking Namib Desert, traverse the mountain landscape of Damaraland while tracking “desert” elephants, study the magnificent diversity of wildlife in the world famous Etosha National Park, and participate in adventure tourism activities.
