The National Theater Institute is committed to diverse educational and theatrical experiences and welcomes students from across the globe.  A program of the two-time Tony Award-winning Eugene O'Neill Theater Center, the National Theater Institute is ideally located on the Connecticut shoreline two hours from New York City—the epicenter of American theater.

NTI offers English immersion and strong connections to the United State’s top theater, film, and television community.  NTI also has partnerships with theater companies in London, England, and the Moscow Art Theatre School in Russia. 

NTI’s credits are accepted by New York University, Yale University, Harvard University, University of Southern California, Princeton University, and hundreds of other highly-respected colleges and universities across the world.  Students study with master teachers and professional artists at NTI.  Faculty includes Tony Award-winners from Broadway and New York City; actors from the London’s Royal Shakespeare Company, directors from Hollywood, dancers from Moscow, and writers from Chicago. Graduates of the program work in theater, television, film.
