About
Hotel Administration: Interns will have the opportunity to support the activities of the front desk, bookings, event planning, liaising with travel agencies etc. The program is designed to be hands-on and allow the intern to work in various positions within the hotel’s administration offices.
Culinary: The participants will work side by side the Head Chef, the food preparation team and the restaurant manager to gain a holistic experience. The internship timetable is expected to be full time with shift work (ie early starts, late finishes or weekend work), reflecting standard industry hours, up to 40 hours per week.
Interns should be flexible and to also communicate any shift related preferences. The team is made-up by well experienced professionals that have worked in the tourism industry for years and around the world, eliminating any language barriers and offering international expertise. Our tourism & hospitality internship program offers pre-tourism & graduates students the opportunity to gain top quality experience interning on one of the largest hotel complex in Greece. With valuable experience, you’ll develop your skills and understanding of different hospitality aspects.
