About
This is an in-country hands-on & observation program with provided shared housing and local team support. Interns will have the opportunity to shadow, assist and learn from experts in their art and participate in their daily routine, including on-site work. The nature of this internship varies along with the artists work and may include Marble Sculpting, Micromosaics, Painting, Ceramics, Calligraphy, Jewelry, Ecclesiastic Iconography/Frescoes and Art Preservation/Conservation. Interns may be asked to assist in tasks such as material preparation, learn to use tools/techniques and admin work in galleries.
