It just made me see how many things we have that we truly don't need. I don't turn my lights on as much and I conserve more energy because of it, I try to be outside more than anything else because with technology it's harder and in Europe technology hasn't taken them over yet. And I just learned to not take all these things we ... Laura E - Illinois State University View Entire Review

Definitely! I have encouraged my entire family to do it when they are in college. One thing i can say is that although I believed to have great knowledge about different cultures, one can never stop learning. I was able to visit other countries and learn of their culture too! You are not limited to the country you visit. Melissa T - Illinois State University View Entire Review

I have so much more confidence in myself. I understand that people live their lives so differently than we do in America, but we have so many common goals and interests in the end. I was so eye-opening and rewarding. A student View Entire Review

I learned so much Spanish while I was in Granada. There are so many things to learn just from being around natives; you learn a lot in classes and at school, but you learn so much more just sitting around talking to native Spaniards. I loved Spanish before I studied abroad, and I still love it now. Luckily I never got sick of... M G - Illinois State University View Entire Review
