Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

I learned a lot from my classes, and it was good that the workload was lighter than usual because it gave us time to travel and experience the culture.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

I loved Begonia and her crew.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Mercedes was very nice and helped us to learn spanish better. The neighborhood was kind of far from school, but not too far. I love Granada because everything was walking distance from my homestay. Nightlife in Granada is awesome!

* Food:

I got tired of eating the same food all the time. Go out to tapas all the time!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Try to figure out where you want to travel before you leave. Keep track of spending because it adds up quickly. I spent much more than I planned to spend.
