I enjoy their view of life. they had a sense of relax and healthy life style that i wish existed here.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

the workload was very easy.the grading system was different. the final grade is composed of midtern, final exam, and attendance.

The teachers were wonderfull. they took into account that this was a cultural schock for us and were very patient and understanding. In my opinion they had no weakness.

if i told my host mom i did not like a particular food, she never made it again.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

we took a trip to Gilbraltar which was very interesting.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

I became sick in Spain and I had to go see a doctor. The program set up and appointment as soon as possible and send me an email with all the information I needed. the neighborhood was very safe. i felt safe walking home at 4am.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Make sure you have a weekly plan budget. it is easy to get carry away with all that you can do while in Spain.
