GPA: 2.5; Scholarship Application and Recommendation Form (found on the CEA website); Letter of Recommendation; An original 400-500 word essay reflecting on the following quote and describing why it is important to gain “a new way of seeing things” and how you will achieve this while studying abroad: "One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things." – Henry Miller

For CEA students who are interested in pursuing a career with global ties.

$400-$2000

Deadlines:
April 10 (Summer), May 10 (Fall), November 15 (Spring)

Guidelines/Requirements:
GPA: 3.0; Scholarship Application and Recommendation Form (both found on the CEA website); Letter of Recommendation; An original 400-500 word essay reflecting on the following quote and describing your career goals and how the skills and attributes you hope to gain while studying abroad will support your professional endeavors: "All major hiring companies need global citizens. CEA has partnered with the Institute of International Education's Generation Study Abroad, a five-year initiative that strives to double the number of U.S. college students who study abroad, to offer this scholarship to CEA students
