What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
yes, i gained a better understanding of the french culture and was able to improve my language skills considerably. This program has made me want to live in Grenoble permanently.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

My program at my home university had prepared me pretty well for the university in Grenoble. I did not find it to be too difficult.

everything was absolutely wonderful I have nothing negative to say

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

i felt totally safe in the neighborhood and felt that the apartment was in a great location.

* Food:

i loved all the food in france and never had a problem finding something i liked

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

the museums were wonderful! our trips to avignon and saint marie de la mer were really fun as well.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

i felt pretty safe in the city as we were told in the beginning where the seedy areas were.

classmates, teacher, friends. Yes I used french in everyday interactions, but i also found english to be widely spoken and had no problems communicating
