CAPA Dublin: Study & Intern Abroad

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned about the importance of cultural competence and the professor who taught the course shared a lot of knowledge about the local area of Dublin. It was definitely worthwhile.

The CAPA staff were all very helpful and supportive, I would just hope to have a better internship placement. Going to Dublin to intern abroad, it felt like I didn't have the greatest internship experience due to the lack of tasks, but the other components of the program make it worth it.

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Around $50 each week
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Plan out how much you eat instead of going to the grocery store without any idea in mind. invest in some food containers so you can take leftovers for your internship and pack your own lunch.
