One of the best experiences of my life. Past Review

By (University of Pennsylvania) - abroad from 07/27/0014 to 08/25/0014 with

Atlantis: Pre-med Fellowship Abroad

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned so much about Portugal, about the Azores, about European healthcare, about European culture, and so much more. I was able to learn a good amount of Portuguese, and I witnessed some amazing surgeries. I also met some very inspiring physicians, and I made friends with a few locals and with other visitors to the Azores. It was completely worthwhile.
