Eye Opening Experience! November 21, 2017

By (The College of New Jersey) - abroad from 08/21/2017 to 12/16/2017 with

Athena Study Abroad: Heidelberg - European Study Center (ESC)

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained knowledge about the interconnectedness of the world. Despite all the bad press about borders and international tensions, I learned that we are all not that different. We need to focus on our similarities, not our differences and this is a lesson I will always remember.
