Definitely. Aside from the amazing knowledge I gained about Italian Renaissance, I got to travel around Europe and really learn about different countries and their cultures. This is definitely helpful to my understanding of the world. - Carleton College View Entire Review

About

Explore the art and history of the
Italian Renaissance in Florence, where the rich interaction between medieval
Europe and classical antiquity truly comes alive.

The ACM Florence: Arts, Humanities, and Culture program takes full advantage
of the city’s rich artistic heritage, with opportunities to view many
influential masterpieces of Western civilization.

Many classes are held at Florence’s
prestigious museums and monuments, where you’ll collaborate with renowned
faculty, local scholars, and art conservation specialists. You’ll also immerse
yourself in daily life by living in an Italian home and studying Italian
language.

There will be plenty of
opportunities to experience Florence’s rich traditions and culture outside of
class. Visits to Rome, Venice, and other cities are built into your schedule.
Enjoy program excursions to the opera, theatre, concerts, football (soccer)
games, and olive oil tastings. You’ll also receive discounts to musical
performances and a transportation pass giving you unlimited access to the bus
