Did not have any problems with them. Everything worked smoothly.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I lived in the international dorm which was a lot of fun. It is very affordable and very close to campus, as well as a short train ride to the more lively parts of the city.

Japanese food is great.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Quite.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I didn't have any health issues so I do not feel qualified to speak of such.

* Safety:

Japan is a very secure country.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • It was unlike anything I had ever experienced before.
* What could be improved?
  • Japan's faucet's let out freezing water in the winter. It feels like your hand is getting stabbed by ice. It would be nice if it was warm.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? My credit card company is difficult to deal with.
