A Private French Institution of Higher Learning
Founded in 1993 and recognized by the French Ministry of Education, the AUCP welcomes students from over 100 top-ranking American colleges and universities.
INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED CERTIFICATES
In addition to full-time college credit, upon completion of semester or full-year programs, AUCP students receive two prestigious and internationally recognized certificates, the TEF (Test d'évaluation du français) and the IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory), attesting to their level of French language proficiency and their intercultural sensitivity.
RESULTS
In eighteen semesters of independent testing, the AUCP has set standards for the field. The decisive results of the Georgetown study* placed AUCP students apart from those of 60 other programs, demonstrating that, in one semester abroad, AUCP students make 10 times more progress in their intercultural sensitivity development than their peers.
