Yes it was worthwhile. It makes me consider going back there for career/further education.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Less access to professors and interaction with classmates due to class size. But educational materials are great and rigorous.

On-site administration of your program

Hard to find help for paperwork and administration stuff.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Great location in central London and great flatmates. A lot of good / healthy social life. Too much noise due to its location.

* Food:

I love cooking and grocery is not too expensive.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Love it.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Free health care but long line due to the country's healthcare system.

* Safety:

It's good if you are careful. But a lot of robbery in central London.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I got enough financial aid for housing and food. Travels cost more.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish i knew about options of working or doing an internship there after the academic year. If I knew it early enough, then I could apply. But I did not know that it was possible until after I got there but then most internships are passed the deadlines.

Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.'
