What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My experience abroad was absolutely worthwhile! I learned so much! I learned how different other cultures can be. The trip also opened my eyes to how hard it is to communicate with those who do not speak your language and how frustrating it can be. This opened my eyes to how frustrated many ELL students are in schools.
