I am glad I did this study abroad trip. I gained experiences, got to visit my most wanted vacation spot, and learned a lot.

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? When eating at restaurants even when only with one other person the bill could not be split. This made it hard to refund each other.
