What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Yes, first part was very difficult, homesick, seasick, not a ton to do but then once you get into the countries its the greatest experience.

On average you spend about 10k extra on Semester at Sea.. all country trips are separate from tuition but there are great scholarships and additional fi aid through UVA.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? That the first part is very difficult and there is really no internet.
