I Fell In Love With Peru110% worth my while. I use a completely different lens to view the world. I appreciate culture, nature, people, and uncomfortability on a completely different level. Studying abroad opened my eyes to the ignorance I have had towards the grand scope of economical, political, and social variety throughout the world! I have truly b... |

LimaAbsolutely, and for going the first time, I would recommend using a program, but next time, I would go on my own because I know more now and the activities and support among other things would not be as worth the money for me. |

Lima: It's Own World.I'm so grateful for the strides that I made in learning Spanish and about what I learned about myself and the world from going abroad. It's definitely affecting how I plan what I do with my life and has opened a lot of doors for me. |

Isa Lima Peru Changed My Perspective Of The WorldI gained the knowledge that there are misconceptions about going to another country to live. People must be open-minded about traveling to new places and embrace other cultures. I am now totally inspired to travel to another country and learn another new language. I have fallen in love with traveling and now have the travel bug!... |

Peru: The Best Time Of My Life!I am more appreciative of other culture and ways of life. Americans tend to feel like the world revolves around us and our beliefs. Going to Peru made me realize that different isn't necessarily bad. And at the end of the day, our differences are what make us unique and give us an amazing story to share. Because of the opportuni... |

(No Title)My study abroad experience was so worthwhile. It was very different from my expectations, but I think that is a good thing. One of the reasons I studied abroad was to push my comfort zone and do something new, so it is for the best that things didn't always work out how I planned them. As cliche as it sounds, I learned a lot abo... |

(No Title)Studying abroad in Peru was amazing! I would highly recommend it for anybody considering Peru, whether or not you speak Spanish. Learning how to get around when you don't speak the language is quite an experience and you definitely learn a lot about yourself. (No Title)I gained a global outlook and got to know a very important side of myself. I developed skills like how to find my way through a foreign city on my own. I learned how to distinguish safe and unsafe, good and bad situations, how to avoid the negative and how to have a positive attitude in even the most harsh of circumstances. I ha... |
