Ies Beijing: Good, Or Maybe Excellent If You Work At ItThis program was great about pushing us to think outside our own perspective, which is really necessary for understanding China. I feel like I've broadened my horizons quite a lot. |

Beijing, The Culture ParadiseAbsolutely. It was the best choice I could have made. Not only did I learn a new language, but I learned a new culture and political system through hands on means. |

China: Sobering But EnthrallingI could write an essay about this but I will just say that my experience was very worth while, humbling, sobering, eye-opening, enthralling, and fascinating at the same time. |

Ies Beijing: Can I Go Back Now Please?Yes. Even if I hadn't loved my program, which I did. Going abroad is an experience every student should have. At your home university, it is so easy to get caught up in the little things and to think that grades and classes are all that matter, but when you're abraod, your whole perspective on life changes and you begin to see t... |

China: Awesome! Will definitely want to work and live in China in the future. If not permanently, for a long time. It is hard being away from home sometimes, but totally worth it! If you want to test yourself and learn about yourself, go to China! |

Beijing Is The Way To GoI would honestly say that I have been transformed by my experience. The time flies by and you will not be able to see everything there is. Bars and social environments also open you up to the emerging youth scene. I look forward to returning to Beijing and China in general. |

China Changed My Life!Definitely worthwhile as it made me improve my language and make new friends. It also let me see how living life on the other side of the world is like, and made me more aware of cultural differences among others. |

My Journeys Through Capitalist ChinaMy study abroad experience was extremely worthwhile. BeijingThe experience was definitely worthwhile, but it was something that I did not fully appreciate until I was back in the United States, and I wish that I had done more with my time abroad. |

Beijing: A Wonderful Place To Learn A Language And Experience An Old And Thriving Culture/The experience was definitely worth while. I learned so much Chinese, and yet I learned so much more. I started to learn the culture. I know The Subway station and how to get around Beijing better than I do Trinity and I have been in San Antonio for two years now.
