Prague: An Oldie But A Goodie

Absolutely. I would do it again and recommend it to everybody. I have become more self-confident and more assured of myself and my ability to travel and adapt. I hope to return to Central Europe one day in an academic or professional context.

Amazing Experience In Prague

Yes. Learned a lot about living/traveling on my own and met people i'd never meet at my home university.

Prague, Czech Republic: A Beautiful City, Culture, And Experience.

My cultural awareness of Central and Eastern Europe is so much deeper now, and my understanding of the gulf between former communist countries and the Western Europe.

American Students In Prague Didn't Care About Academics

I feel more independent but I would not choose the same program again.

Prague The Best Place To Spend A Semester!

It was definitely worthwhile. It was tough being away in a new culture for so long, but it was so worth it. Also, Prague is super cheap and centrally located, so traveling and living were both very possible and affordable.

Prague: A Fun And Rewarding Adventure

My study abroad experience was worthwhile and beyond. I not only learned so much about the Czech Republic in my classes, but I really did feel as though experiencing every day life in Prague was a class in itself. I am so much more independent, have a new interest in EU politics and Central European history, and really feel as t...

Prague: Everything I Worked And Waited For

It was absolutely worth it! Since 2003 I have worked for a non-profit cultural exchange organization located in New York City. I sponsor J-1 visas to international students looking to come and work in the US during their summer vacations. I've had the opportunity to travel around the world to meet with university students and US...

YESSSSSSSSS-studying abroad is sooo sooo worth it. College is incredible but I think that if you have the chance, everyone should study abroad-it's such a once in a lifetime experience. I went to Prague because I was not very interested in learning a language, but I definitely learned a lot about the Czech culture, politics, lif...

It was a wonderful experience. The Czech Republic is definitely a lot different than studying somewhere like London, and the people are really different. But I loved learning about their history and exploring such a unique place.

It was very worthwhile. I had a great time, and although I had some disappointments, the traveling experience, the culture shock, really helped me to understand there is more than just a US way of living. This is something I thought I already understood, but I was incorrect, and now I have a better understanding.
