Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

the workload while studying abroad was less than that in the US; the only major assignments included reading and writing midterm and final essays. It was very manageable and well-organized.

the apartment was well-equipped, although there was a lightbulb that blew out in the middle of the semester. I bought a replacement lightbulb afterward only to have that one blow out shortly afterward.

* If you could do it all over again, would you choose the same program? Yes
* What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile? I gained awareness of the different cultures around the world and experienced a growth in independence. It impacted my academic interests by giving me a sense of what I want to do as a career, being that I chose a path that will sustain me financially.
