Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I advise being smart with your money because you do not want to miss out on traveling or social programs that are truly once in a lifetime. I traveled most weekends and after the program was over I traveled for an additional week. I did incur some credit card debt but it was well worth seeing these beautiful countries and cities with my friends.

A Look Back

* If you could do it all over again, would you choose the same program? Yes
* What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile? Speaking about my study abroad experience puts a smile on my face as it brings back so many good memories and fun times. I went to London knowing nobody and was forced to step outside my comfort zone by making new friends and trying different things. My internship in London played a significant role in my future plans as it helped build my resume and enabled me to be offered a summer internship in New York City for a major bank. It was a stepping stone to an opportunity that I most likely would not have been presented had I not had that professional experience. I would recommend the experience of studying abroad and this program especially to those students who want to travel, make new friends, and have the best semester at college.
