Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Always look for the cheapest flights and try to stay with friends studying abroad in other countries when you travel because hotels and hostiles get very expensive.

* What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile? The study abroad experience was definitely worthwhile. Even though I missed home and and my college I was able to experience so much more than I ever anticipated at a very young age.
