Knew so much about Italy/Rome. Were able to give prompt and accurate answers to all questions. Gave detailed itineraries for personal excursions. |

Did not need any items, we were provided bedding and cookware. Seemed very safe but we did have occasional problems with security and things getting stolen from lower leveled apartments. |

Practised in daily life. Was not necessary for everday interactions, many people did speak english. Easy enough to understand gestures. |
