Sevilla: Challening but Rewarding & Amazing Experience
A review by Christina Castagnozzi

My study abroad experience was definitely worth missing a semester at PC even though I love my college. I gained a better understanding of myself & pushed myself to great limits I never thought I would be able to achieve. Sevilla is an amazing city and I would strongly suggest that one study abroad there if given the opportunity and who also wants to improve his or her Spa...

Sevilla, Spain: An Experience I Wouldn't Change For Anything!
A review by Coleman

Without question my experience abroad was an exceptional experience. Words don't really do it justice. I learned a ton in my classes, and I traveled to 9 different countries while I lived in Spain for 5 months. I hope I get to live in Europe again soon! It was that incredibly rewarding.

Definitely. I loved going abroad. I had so many amazing experiences and learned so much about the world. I saw so many things. I would not give up my time in Spain for the world. I fell in love with Seville and the people of Andalusia.

Yes, my study abroad experience was incredibly worthwhile. It has not significantly changed my future plans but it definitely increased my cultural awareness. I was exposed to a completely different culture and learned so much from the people there.

Going abroad has helped me truly grow into myself. I can now confidently enter any situation and know that I have the skills that are necessary to succeed. I also now understand and truly know that the world is a very large place and each person has their own perspective and way of experiencing it.

My study abroad experience was extremely worthwhile. It is difficult even trying to explain the experience because the understandings and qualities that one gains while abroad are numerous. Although Providence College is much like a second home to me, Spain now feels like a second country to me--from being there I gained confidence in myself while learning how to adjust to...

It was definitely worthwhile. In such a unique time and manner to be able to learn to much and really live in another culture feels great. Being able to walk to class and talk to whoever I wanted in another language was a great feeling!

I learned a great amount of information about myself, the world, and the United States. I loved everything about Europe and Spanish lifestyle. I improved fluency, and academics in the Spanish language.

I'm glad I did it for the sole reason that I would have always regretted not doing it. Studying abroad did nothing for me except make me truly appreciate my life in the US. I'm so glad to be back and I will never go on a CIEE program again.
Please do not contact me regarding these comments (I'm assuming that they're linked to my name) because I have no interest in sayin...

It was the most amazing semester of my life and the program was a perfect match for me. I now have fully realized why I chose Global Studies as my major. The amount I learned about the spanish culture and language was incredible. I also learned a lot about Europe as a whole, gaining knowledge that I wouldn't have been able to obtain in a PC class.

It was the most amazing experience of my life and I am so glad I did it! I got to see and do so many amazing things when I was there. I not only traveled throughout Spain, but I also got to go to Portugal,Italy and Morocco. I also met so many incredible people during my time there and have made lifelong friends, both Spanish and American. Also, my Spanish improved so much ...

Yes my study abroad experience was worth while. I had every opportunity I could have wanted at my disposal. The program was so well organized and in touch with the student's needs that I always felt guided. Travel is easy and there are always people who want to join. Spending money is not a problem. I was concerned about the amount of money I went with but studying abroad ...

Yes, it was certainly worthwhile. My spanish improved greatly, and I had the opportunity to travel so much. I do now know when I will ever (or if I will ever be able) to live in another country for such an extended period of time. So I'm so glad that I went and stayed for 6 months...and hopefully, I'll be able to go to Sevilla again sometime in the future.
