New Zealand: I Will Return Again

The grading system in New Zealand is bassed on an average of 50%, so an A is anywhere from 100% to 85%, B is 85% to 75%, and so on. Instructors also grade more rigorously than those in the US, so it took a little time to get used to getting lower percent grades on assignments but still having about the same letter grade as usual. view full review

New Zealand: Made me grow and change in a great way.

The work load was manageable and lecturers would put most of their slides/notes online for students to access. The tutorials were new to me. Tutorials are very important to go to; it is where most of the assignments are assigned and review sessions take place. Grading system is a bit different a 50% was a C so that was a bit to get used to. The grading, however, is about... view full review

Anyone considering New Zealand should stop thinking and just do it. It is the most amazing country. Australearn was great, but it sounds like some other programs were pretty awesome too. A few of them spent a week and a half in Fiji before arriving in New Zealand, and they were also scheduled to do some other trips throughout the semester, but you can always do those on yo... view full review

I felt the workload was easier than my home university, but I felt that my home university was very challenging. I was also taking lower level classes abroad in general. The higher level class I took was very engaging and just the right amount of work.
