I recommend going there with an open mind and trying everything that you would never try before because there is nothing like going home after 4 months and not regretting anything and not wishing you did something that you didn't. view full review

The system was completely different than what I was used to, which made it a little harder. Although the system was different, it was efficient and a good way to learn. The material was extremely difficult and much more effort had to be put in to receive high grades than in my 4 year University. The independence I was able to gain from traveling on my own and trying new things is priceless. Meeting people from so many other countries and knowing how they perceive things has really broadened my views. Just traveling here on my own has made me want to go out into the world again and see more. After I graduate I hope to travel more. view full review

I gain independance and learned how to travel by myself. Plus just getting out there and seeing the world was really cool. Australia is different than the US but its not super different like they listen to the same music and movies as us. view full review

Australia:Life-changing experience in the Land Down Under

It introduced me to many cultures from around the world and encouraged me to travel more of the world. Australia is a beautiful country with and breathtaking landscapes and scenery. Aside from the social and travel aspect of studying abroad, the classes were small and grading was difficult. However, I learned alot from the enthusiastic professors. view full review

I took pretty challenging courses while abroad, especially Sports Law which was difficult because it was all about Australian Law, which was new to me. But I did learn a lot, as well as in my Sport Marketing and Marketing classes. It was a different but appreciated learning experience. view full review

My study abroad experience was so worthwhile. I feel like I grew as an individual just being in another country fending for myself, cooking, going to school, and traveling. The people I met were amazing and some connections I will have into the future. Yes, this experience was most definitely worthwhile. I gained more unique experiences and memories in 4 months than I would have imagined I could gain in 4 years of college.. I went rock climbing, scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef, camping in the rain forest, bungy jumping, skydiving, and horseback-riding.
